Our shipping carriers include Fedex, DHL Express, Hong Kong Post, Asendia, Quantium, DHL Global Mail, and Spring Global.


Standard Delivery                        Delivery within 7 to 14 days ***

Express Delivery                          Delivery within 2 to 4 days


IMPORTANT NOTE: Standard delivery is sent by standard postal delivery and will be delivered by your post office. The delivery time is not guaranteed, it's only estimated.  Delivery could possible take over 30 days by the post office during the COVID-19 crisis.


Express delivery is delivered by Fedex or DHL Express. This method is stable during the COVID-19 crisis.




Important note: Please follow your shipment on the below sites using your tracking number.  If you haven't received your tracking number, please contact our customer service.  If you haven't received your package within the estimated timeframe, please contact our customer service for assistance.

We do ship internationally, to any country in the world.  We also ship to PO and APO/FPO boxes.

Most orders placed Monday-Friday will packed and sent within 1 to 2 business days unless otherwise specified on the product detail page. Our standard delivery option is shipped with a tracking number.   Please view the delivery estimates page to see more specific delivery time frames. The customer is responsible for providing a correct address during checkout.  If a package is ever undeliverable due to an incorrect address, the customer may responsible for any shipping charges to resend the package.

Within 12-48 hours after your item(s) have shipped, we’ll send you a Shipment Notification email that includes the carrier’s name. You can also view this information by signing in to online Order Status section.  Copy and paste the tracking number to view the status of your package on the carrier’s website. Tracking information may not be immediately available, it can take a few days for tracking information to activate. Postal carriers may not provide up to date tracking information.
