When two working moms came up with the idea for Not Parent Approved, their goal was to improve the world of tween entertainment. The issue? They were fed up with the current state of “Screen Zombies” — that moment when kids can’t hear you, forget to eat, suddenly can’t find the power-off button, and get really, REALLY grouchy.

How it works?

Our newest edition and card games are meant for all committed relationships. Recalling happy memories and planning the future makes any relationship stronger. We created these playing cards to make your relationship even stronger. The questions in the Edition will have you explore many parts of you and your partner. The game consists of three rounds with ten open questions in each round, three points questions where you can earn points when you guess your partner’s answer, and two assignments (no crazy or difficult things, but just fun).

This is Grandpa Beck, and it’s my pleasure to introduce you to Cover Your Assets, a game developed by my wife, our family, and myself around our kitchen table. We hope you enjoy playing it as much as we’ve enjoyed developing it. In Cover Your Assets you amass a fortune by collecting and building an alternating tower of matching pairs of asset cards. You’ve got to be careful though, because the top set of assets on your stack can be stolen by other players if they hold a matching asset or a gold or silver wild card.
