Question: Y does my brother jack off to dora and thomas the train?

My brother is 7 yrs old & i always catch him jackin off to cartoon shows and stuff, like thomas the train dora phenious and ferb and sumtime he even will do it while he watches peter pan. wat sould i do? shuld i tell my mom or shuld i go & do it w/ him so he dont feel alone? plz help!!! but its not a natural thing!! He thnks dora is s*xy & he wants thomas 2 drive all over his peenes, he told me b4!! this is not normal!!!
