I'm from Ottawa, and I'm mailing to Waterloo.. how many stamps do I use.. I have permanent stamps.. Do I use one then?

If you have the permanent stamps, you only need one.

Usually one stamp, go to post office and ask if ur unsure.

You obviously have access to the Internet - had you search Canadian postage canadapost.ca/ cpo/ mc/ personal/ ratesprices/ default.jsf You could have had your answer before you asked your question.
