Question: How do i clean/restore a little tikes playhouse?

It has been in the backyard for a long time and has gotten pretty dirty from the elements. We have gotten rid of other playhouses only to have our neighbors take them from our curb on bulk garbage day. Somehow, THOSE playhouses look like new.

Theres a brand that puts out a special cleaner just for out door plastics. I think its by scotch bright. I have also been know to take mister clean magic eraser to my kids plastic playhouse
