Question: Guild wars exploration texmod?

Ya, my friend caught up and surpassed me in exploration in the game. i had 95 % explored, he didnt even have the title. he surpassed me in a week. he said his secret was a guild wars "texmod " or something, and when i looked it up, it didnt work. could anybody give me links and directions for how to use and install the exploration one? preferably tyrain, elonian and canthan too if possible.
