Question: Why wont my oblivion construction set load the oblivion master file?

When using oblivion construction set one would open files, data and select oblivion.esm. You could then modify existing worlds etc. When I select oblivion.esm and say 'ok' CS tells me: "File oblivion.esm is a higher version than this EXE can load " What does this mean and how can I fix it?

OK, it sounds like the esm is a newer version than the Construction Set program.
